Above you can see an example of how NOT to use the smilies. Ok i got a bit carried away with the ninjas and im sorry. I will leave the post as it is, so that it can be a testament to others.

Anyone else noticed a mass slowdown in this board. Like 3 people still post here anymore. Anything to do with no-one bein able to post in skool anymore. Bloody IT technicians, they've even blocked google, which is utterly ridiculous.

or alternatively you could have listened to merc and jtf advice wen this issue first arisen, and visit either http://boards.ie leaving out the www. prefix, or http://muppetboards.ie whatever you want, no cs talk necessary, no belittling of other neccessary, all thats necessary is removel of a 4 character prefix

i think the larger problem is that no one could be bothered anymore, the north boards flourish as many new members joined and started coming on here loads just to talk crap to each other.

the novelty wore off, and now only a few remain

nah dude, i tried it on a few, but alas, it failed, sorry, boards is only one im aware of that it works for.


so really, someone post here, and explain, after 3 years, of the same maps, teh same guns, the same players (a few minor upgrades etc.) how can the game still be exciting? i think ive played a total of about 20 rounds of cs, at most, probably not even, and the game gets dulelr for me, sure, playing at the time is fun in a lan situation, due to shouting at ppl at other ends of the room (or going over and punching them if thats what you prefer - no names) but other than that, the game is piss, it gets boring, repetitive, and excruciatlingly, obviously pointless, fun yes, but after 3 years, almost ANYTHING gets boring
